Our adventure spa’s sauna world is a sanctuary for complete physical and mental rejuvenation.
After the rush of everyday life, this is the perfect place to release tension, cleanse the body, and recharge with fresh energy. Guests can enjoy two different types of saunas.
| Finnish Sauna |
 |
|
The most well-known type of sauna, regarded for centuries as one of the most important forms of physical and spiritual purification.
Its interior is made of natural wood, and the heat is generated by a stove. Water poured onto the hot stones creates a gentle steam that intensifies the experience.
The temperature typically ranges from 80–100 °C.
Beneficial effects:
- stimulates blood circulation and metabolism
- promotes the elimination of toxins
- strengthens the immune system; regular use enhances the body’s resistance
- relaxes stiff muscles; especially effective for post-exercise recovery
What makes the experience special::
Aromatic infusions with essential oils can be performed in the Finnish sauna, enhancing relaxation and creating a unique atmosphere.
Recommended for:
Anyone who enjoys traditional, intense heat and wants to experience classic sauna bathing.
|
| Infrared Sauna |
 |
|
One of the most popular forms of modern wellness. Its operation differs from the Finnish sauna: instead of heating the air, it uses infrared rays that act directly on the body’s tissues.
The temperature is much milder, usually between 40–60 °C, making it far more comfortable—ideal for those who find traditional saunas too hot.
Infrared heat penetrates deeply, warming not only the skin but the underlying layers as well.
Beneficial effects:
- relaxes deep muscles and reduces muscle and joint pain
- supports skin regeneration, firming and refreshing the tissues
- boosts calorie burning and can support weight-loss efforts
- improves the body’s oxygen supply, increasing energy levels
What makes the experience special:
Thanks to its gentle heat, it is well tolerated even by older guests, beginners, or those with more sensitive health conditions.
Recommended for:
Anyone seeking a deep yet gentle heat experience, and for those who find the temperature of a classic sauna too intense.

When should you be cautious?
Although sauna use offers many benefits, it is not recommended in every situation. Avoid saunas if you have a fever, infection, cardiovascular disease, untreated high blood pressure, have recently undergone surgery, or have consumed alcohol. If you have chronic health issues, always consult a professional.
A sauna session is truly complete only when it is safe—listen to your body’s signals and choose the level of heat that suits you best.
Choose the option that best matches your mood and the effect you desire!
